We got hold of one of the very rare original screen used Stromberg workers red hats. This one is in very fine condition with the original Stromberg logo printed on plastic and sewn on the berert. A worker’s hat from the 1977 James Bond adventure The Spy Who Loved Me. This style of hat was worn by the workers on board the massive supertanker Liparus, owned by the villainous Karl Stromberg (Curt Jurgens). Made of orange-red canvas, the beret-like cap features a black headband and black piping. A black and white badge, made of plastic, is made in the shape of Stromberg’s fish logo with black and white checks down the side and mounted on the hat with a white cloth backing. The hat is lined in thin cotton with the hat’s size written internally. Well used on the production, the badge displays some light wear, however the piece remains in an otherwise very good production-used condition. . The badge was especially designed by the 007 prop department just for use in THE SPY WHO LOVED ME. This beret was obtained originally from a London costumiers whoo did all the cloting for the bond films within the Roger Moore era. These berets are incredible rare to find on the market. We saw several fakes of them in the last years but no good one! Now we are very happy to offer you the real deal one! A one time Chance.
